  • 1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    You can return the product within seven days from the point of delivery, which means that the product has to be sent back to us within seven days. The product must be returned intact, complete with all parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), kept and potentially used only for the time strictly necessary to ascertain and verify their fit characteristics and size per reasonable diligence, without any signs of wear or dirtiness.   • 2. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation through email. We will process the order for you as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with a personal track & trace link. You can use this link to track your package until it is delivered to you.


    If you haven't received an order confirmation, please first check if your payment went through and contact us immediately.

  • 3. WHAT SHOE SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR THE BEST FIT?

    Antony Morato shoes are made true to European sizes. 

  • 6. The size is not right can I exchange it?

    Please fill the return request in with a reason and request for an exchange, you will get a voucher with the amount of the product for the return. The voucher will be sent to you after we have received your return, and if the items meet the return conditions.

    • 7. DO YOU STOCK SIZES LARGER THAN 45?

      We don't stock larger than size 45 because Antony Morato manufactures their shoes in their factor in Italy. The brand does not make size 46 or up, therefore we don't have stock larger than size 45.

    • 8. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCPECT?

      We accept ideal and PayPal.

    • 10. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY PRODUCT?

      To submit a faulty product return request, please contact us through global@zero911.com or the contact page, and provide us with some photos of the product in which the fault is clearly visible.
