In which areas do you deliver?
We only deliver to THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.
The shipping costs are shown on the checkout page after you have added the products to your basket.
how long does it take to pack my order?
Here at zero911, we process orders within 1–2 working days of the date on which our system receives them. THE SHIPPING TIME IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH COUNTRY OR AREA. We want to remind you that shipping and delivery do not take place at weekends or on national holidays.
how do I track my order?
We always advise you to monitor the shipment's status using the tracking code provided to you via email. Please be aware that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will leave an attempted delivery card detailing how you can collect your goods, or will attempt delivery on two further occasions.
What do I do if my parcel is damaged or items are missing from it?
If items are missing, always write a brief description specifying the items in question. We ask that you help us by sending photos of the damaged parcel to us, this can be done through our mail at global@zero911.com or via our contact page.
What do I do if I haven't received my package?
If the tracking number indicates a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can contact the shipping supplier directly for further information. Our shipping supplier knows more than we do regarding the whereabouts of a package.
If, however, the shipping supplier requires something from us (as the sender), please contact us via global@zero911.com or our contact page within and no later than 14 days after the package has been shipped.

If you have changed your mind, the return request must be filled in online within seven days of delivery.
The items must be sent back precisely in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached Please do not remove the labels you find attached or throw away any of the packings, otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

All items that need to be returned have to meet the return criteria.
All this means the items have to be sent back precisely in the same condition they were delivered. If the product applied for the return request does not meet the criteria above the request will be denied.
Furthermore, you can start the process by filling in the return request form. When your request is accepted we will reach out to you with the shipping instructions and an address via mail. next, You can send the products back to us via your chosen shipping supplier. We will process your return as soon as we receive it.
disclaimer, Returning products is a customer's responsibility including shipping costs. Therefore we are not accountable when the package has been lost on the way to us or when something is wrong. If a product has been sent back to us without consulting us first, the return will be declined.
when will have my refund?
As soon as your return is delivered to us, we will carry out the appropriate checks. In case of a good result, we will send you an email to confirm the return. The refund will be completed with the same payment method used to confirm the order within 14 days of the delivery to us.
My purchase is damaged or incomplete
We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged or incomplete Please inform us as soon as possible so we can provide a solution, that is fitted to the problem. The size is not right can I exchange it?
Please fill the return request in with a reason and request for an exchange, you will get a voucher with the amount of the product for the return. The voucher will be sent to you after we have received your return, and if the items meet the return conditions.
