The general conditions of zero911.com apply to all deliveries. When you order, you indicate that you agree with these conditions.

zero911.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.

The Agreement will be subject to those Conditions that were published on the website at the time of agreeing.

Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.

ORDER

The order is processed after an order has been placed with us via the website. The agreement becomes effective when you place the order by clicking the button: place order. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive an e-mail, the order will remain in effect.

All prices include 21% VAT and in euros. Prices can be adjusted and applied from the moment of publication on the site. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been made.


OFFERS

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. zero911.com can not be held to an offer if you could have reasonably understood that it is a typo or typo error.


WARRANTS 

zero911.com has a guarantee of 30 days, no guarantees will be given after 30 days.

 The shipping costs of orders by individuals are free over € 100,- | Track and Trace code included

The shipping costs depend on the rates per country.

 

RETURN SHIPMENTS OR EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with one or more of the ordered items, you can return the article or articles. You can only return the item or items if the item is undamaged, unworn, and still has the package intact. The delivery note must be enclosed. You must return the return shipment sufficiently franked. You may exchange the item for the same amount.

Shipping costs will not be covered by zero911.com they are at the customer's expense.


RETURN SHIPMENTS

You must return the return shipment sufficiently franked.

The return address will be given after the return request is approved by zero911.com. 

zero911.com reserves the right to refuse returned items if the conditions mentioned under return shipments and exchanges are not met.


EXCHANGE 

For an exchange shipment 

You must return the return shipment sufficiently franked.

Return address: will be given after the exchange request is approved by zero911.com. 

When the article or articles meet the requirements as mentioned above under the header returns or exchanges, you will receive a voucher with which you can place an order again.

zero911.com reserves the right to refuse returned items if the conditions mentioned under return shipments and exchanges are not met.


COPYRIGHT PICTURES 

No photograph may be reproduced and/or published, using print, photocopy, photo from the photo, microfilm, digital, or in any other way without prior written permission from zero911.com

If you use any photo from this website without prior written permission, you will be ordered to discontinue the use and a claim will be submitted to you.


FORCE MAJEURE

If zero911.com cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure then the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. After 30 days the buyer and/or seller have the right to dissolve the agreement, without the right to compensation. Force majeure means all shortcomings that zero911.com can not be charged.
